To ensure HOPA’s website effectively served its audiences of oncology pharmacists, patients and caregivers, we developed a comprehensive site map, content strategy and structured web content outlines. We focused on streamlining navigation, improving search functionality and making content more accessible, ensuring users could easily find critical resources and connect with the information they needed.
Taking a user-centric approach to our redesign, we prioritized creating an optimized site architecture that enhanced searchability and usability.
