Fostering conversations to encourage vaccinations.
We built the Let's Talk About It campaign to encourage a reluctant community to reconsider COVID-19 vaccinations.
Our Let Them Play campaign improved a children’s health system's reputation, increasing brand awareness through emotional pediatric healthcare marketing.
Arkansas Children’s is a trusted leader in pediatric healthcare. While the system is well-known in Little Rock, they turned to Core to develop a campaign to reintroduce its newly renovated Jonesboro children’s clinic in northeast Arkansas. The updated clinic meant residents didn't have to drive out-of-state to get the specialty care they deserved.
Our research revealed that Millennial mothers with children under the age of 18 prioritize being a good parent above all else. Rather than leading with medical statistics, we crafted a campaign that connected emotionally, linking access to top pediatric specialists with what parents truly want: a happy, healthy childhood for their kids.
The Let Them Play campaign we developed became an example of pediatric healthcare marketing at its best, showing how the proximity of Arkansas Children’s Jonesboro clinic gives kids more time to be kids. This approach reinforced the value of local, high-quality care in a way that felt fresh and relevant for families.
“The campaign that Core produced for us has been raved about internally. Not only are the employees excited at how different and innovative this campaign is for us, but the patients and families are thrilled to see parts of their town showcased in the campaign creative.”Genny Bureson - Director, Brand Engagement
According to quantitative research, the brand’s unaided awareness in Northeast Arkansas doubled in 2020 over the prior year, as did the brand’s share of experience (percentage of total healthcare experiences in the market).
The campaign and its extensions have been recognized with a number of advertising awards, including a Judge's Choice Distinction from the Aster Awards.
